This article presents the development of an interactive platform aimed at the simulation and visualization of electrical distribution networks, conceived as a pedagogical tool to support the education of electrical engineering students. Based on a systematic literature review on power system simulation, virtual laboratories, and constructivist learning approaches, recurrent limitations in existing platforms were identified, particularly in terms of cost, accessibility, and operational complexity. Drawing on these findings, a platform was designed that integrates a three-dimensional visual environment, enabling an intuitive representation of the main components of distribution networks. The development process included the creation of an optimized library of 3D models and the configuration of simulated urban scenarios. The proposed platform represents a viable and accessible alternative for strengthening teaching and learning in electrical engineering, and can be extended in future work to incorporate quantitative analyses and more robust educational validation.
